Golfpark Westerpark

Golfpark Westerpark lies on the edge of Zoetermeer, midway between The Hague and Rotterdam. It belongs to the Hollandsche Golfclub, a group of public golf parks you can play without joining a members' club.

The course

The 18-hole course, par 71 and 5,986 metres, sits in an open, green and surprisingly quiet corner of the Randstad. It is made up of a blue and a yellow loop of nine. The blue loop mixes open polder holes with sheltered parkland holes, with water and gentle slopes; the yellow loop is open and easy to read, with plenty of space, water and long sightlines. Both can be played on their own, handy for a quick nine after work.

Toptracer

Westerpark has a large driving range with Toptracer. Every month there are challenges such as the HGC Longest Drive and the HGC Approach Challenge, where you compare your score with other golfers through the Toptracer app and the winners go up on the virtual leaderboard in the clubhouse. Professionals teach on site, and the brasserie is open to golfers and non-golfers alike.
