A large golf resort on the Fleesensee lake in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, between Hamburg and Berlin, with three 18-hole courses and two 9-hole beginners' courses on 350 hectares. The Schloss-Platz behind the castle hotel is the flagship; the Securitas-Platz is a former European Tour course.

Five courses on 350 hectares

Golf Fleesensee lies by the Fleesensee at Göhren-Lebbin, about an hour and a half by car from Berlin and two hours from Hamburg. The club counts 73 holes on five courses spread over 350 hectares and calls itself the largest connected golf area in Germany. Three of the courses have 18 holes. The Schloss-Platz (par 72) starts directly behind the Schloss Fleesensee hotel. The club describes it as British and Scottish in character, with classic risk and reward shots, and keeps it in the manner of a Scottish links so that chip and run shots and approaches gain importance. In 2017 all its bunkers were rebuilt as eco-bunkers, by the club's account the largest such project in the world. The Securitas-Platz (par 72), which the club calls its former European Tour course, has a more American character with more than 100 bunkers and water hazards. The B2B-Platz (par 67) is the shortest of the three and rewards precision over length.

Practice ground and beginners' courses

Two 9-hole courses, the Synchron Golf Course (par 30) and the Land Fleesensee Platz (par 27), are meant for beginners and can be played without a course permit. The circular GolfArena, 360 metres across with more than 200 open and 90 covered bays, is free to use, as is a 400 by 80 metre short-game area. Tee times are booked online and electric carts can be hired. The Volltreffer sports bar has a terrace that looks onto a tee, and the Schloss Fleesensee and the Beech Resort are among the hotels on site.
